Ahh entertaining, such a love-hate relationship. We all love the excuse for a party, whether a birthday, graduation, engagement or simply halleluya it's Tuesday Night. It gives us a reason to put on something nice, bust open a bottle of wine, and celebrate with the ones we love. The problem is, it's always so much more than that. There is the menu planning and the grocery shopping and the house organizing and the cooking and the cleaning and the...the list goes on and on. Which is why we're here to help. All you have to do is pick up the phone and give us a call–we'll take care of the rest.
Cured To-Go:
Just let us know how many people you’ll be celebrating with and we’ll take care of the rest. Easy as that. We'll build up on of our infamous platters laden with charcuterie, cheese, olives, nuts, fig jam and baguettes to boot. Simply let us know any special likes or dislikes and we'll let our cheesemongers craft something beautiful and delicious. We’ll even let you take the credit and call it your own.
Average cost: $10 per person. But we can fit any budget or appetite.

CURED'S PICNIC MENU
(pĭk’nĭk) n.
1. A meal eaten outdoors, as on an excursion.
2. Slang. An easy task or a pleasant experience.
According to The Oxford English Dictionary, the word “picnic” originally referred to fashionable social entertainment in which each person contributed a share of the provisions. In the early 19th century, The Picnic Society was formed in London by a group of fashionable people for purposes of entertainment. Each member was expected to provide a share of the entertainment and of the refreshments, and this idea of mutual sharing or cooperation was fundamental to the original significance of the picnic.
Even in modern times, picnics are still regarded as a romantic dining experience.Whether enjoyed in a park with family in friends, on top of a mountain after a vigorous hike, or on the living room floor after a long day, there is still no better way to unwind, disconnect, and reward yourself with the simple pleasures of life.
1. The Stolen Hour - $40
60 minutes. That’s all it takes to give yourself an escape. Plop down, unpack your picnic, and savor a few stolen moments away from reality.INCLUDES: 3 cheeses, 2 salamis, 34º crackers, Fig jam, and a bar of Poco Dolce Chocolate.
2. An Afternoon Off–$75
When’s the last time you played hooky? Tucked out of the office early to take a nap in the sun? Go on, sneak outside and have fun with your family and friends. Grab your stocked Cured jute bag and head for the nearest patch of grass. We promise your boss won’t find you. Unless she’s out doing the same…
INCLUDES: Cured Jute Bag, 3 hearty pieces of cheese, 2 chunks of salami, Olive Oil Crackers , Fig Jam, MM Local Peppers, Marcona Almonds, and a bar of Poco Dolce chocolate. **Add a delicious bottle of wine–$15.
3. A Night, Not, On the Town- $100
It’s date night. You hire a sitter, get all dressed up, and head out on the town for some one on one time… only to run into 15 of your “closest” friends and colleagues. Not what you had in mind for your romantic evening out? We hear ya. So instead, pick up an enchanting evening for two and spend it away from the crowds.
INCLUDES: Vintage Picnic Basket Rental (Complete with plates, wine glasses, cutlery, napkins, and a picnic blanket), 3 cheeses, 3 cured meats, Baguette, Frasca’s Red pepper Jelly, MM local Pickled beets, Olives, Nuts, an apple, tomato or other seasonal fresh produce, and a bar of Mast Brother’s Chocolate. **Add a delicious bottle of wine–$25

Do you have a reason to really throw down and celebrate? Cured has been made over as a birthday party, an engagement party, a holiday party, and even a 'Let's get out of the Office' party. Whatever your occasion, take-over Cured and make it your own. We’ll provide everything, from the snacks to the drinks to the space to the service. All you need to do is come up with a guest-list so we can make sure only your VIP’s come in the front door.
