April 5: We’ve Got the BLUES - $35 per person
With Tax Day approaching, it seems only appropriate to take a little time to indulge the Blues inside. The world of Blue Cheese is one of the most diverse, interesting and delicious for us cheese lovers and we figured it was high time they get the credit they deserve. From mild blue cheddar to classic English Stilton to the overly sharp Spanish Cabrales, we will tour through the world of molds, innocuation and aging that is responsible for the most loved and loathed category of cheese out there.
April 19: Advanced Meats -$40 per person
For the true carnivores out there. Think you’ve mastered Meat 101 and are ready to delve a bit deeper? This is the class for you. We will cover everything from the nitty gritty on how to make salami, how to break down an animal, how to navigate the cuts of meat at the grocery store and how to serve ‘em up just-right to make your less adventurous dinner-mate swoon. We’ll even break out the infamous bacon jam.
